Sound healing is a deeply relaxing experience that gently guides the nervous system out of stress and into calm. As soothing frequencies move through the space, brainwaves naturally slow, the body softens, and the mind begins to rest.

Because the body is mostly water, sound is often felt as much as it is heard — through the chest, belly and limbs — helping release built-up tension and emotional load without needing to talk or analyse.
