This 9D Breathwork down regulation and regeneration experience is one of my favourite relaxation journeys - it is designed to gently guide your nervous system out of stress and survival mode and into deep rest, repair, and renewal through immersive 9D sound, guided breathwork, and somatic awareness.

Rather than pushing or forcing release, this journey invites a soft unwinding. It creates space for the body to reset, the mind to quieten, and the emotional system to rebalance. Many people experience a sense of grounding, spaciousness, emotional release, and deep inner calm — often described as feeling “lighter,” “clearer,” and “more at home” in themselves.

This is ideal for anyone feeling:

In this 3 hour immersive experience, you’ll be guided back into your body - because intuition doesn’t live in the mind alone. When the nervous system is stressed or stuck in survival, access to inner guidance becomes clouded. Shannon Patching (@YourWellbeingWarrior) is a respected Soul Medium who brings a grounded, compassionate and practical approach to intuitive development. Join us for a 2-hour Kirtan celebration — an uplifting Saturday night of chanting, connection, and heart-opening joy. With multiple performers sharing soulful mantras and live music, we’ll come together in community to sing, sway, smile, and simply be.

What to expect:
Most of the seating is on the floor with comfy cushions and blankets provided, though couches and chairs are available if preferred. Chai is complimentary, and we’ll have mantra sheets available so you can easily join in — or simply listen and absorb the experience. This is a welcoming and relaxed space for community connection, music, and shared presence.

No experience is needed — every voice and every person is welcome. Whether you feel like chanting loudly, humming softly, or soaking up the vibrations, there’s no pressure to be any other way than who you are.

Breakthrough Breathwork

Breakthrough Breathwork is a fully guided, immersive breathwork experience using deliberate breathing patterns to help participants enter altered states of awareness. By working intentionally with the breath, this session supports the release of stored stress and emotional blocks, while opening space for insight, perspective, and meaningful internal shifts.

Unlike other breakthrough breathwork events, this session is guided from start to finish. Clear instruction, pacing, and ongoing support create a safe and contained environment, allowing you to explore deeper states of consciousness without needing to navigate the experience alone. Participant numbers are intentionally kept low to ensure a safe, supportive container and individual attention throughout the session.

As the breath patterns unfold, participants may experience emotional release, physical sensations, memories, imagery, or periods of deep stillness. Every experience is individual, and there is no right or wrong way for it to unfold.

A key part of this work is meeting resistance. Sensations of tension, hesitation, or discomfort often point to places where old patterns are ready to soften or release. Through guided breath and awareness, you are invited to stay present with these edges, allowing insight and integration to emerge naturally.

The session concludes with grounding, integration, and time to debrief. Participants are invited to reflect, share if they wish, and begin weaving the experience into daily life. Food and refreshments will be provided afterward, offering a gentle, nourishing close to the journey.

No prior breathwork experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive with an open, curious mindset.

This system has changed my life in profound ways. It reminded me—through felt experience—that there is far more to this existence than what we see, think, or even feel. It reconnected me to something timeless and essential, and I’m honoured to share that path with others.
