Run over two days, this training introduces you to the foundational teachings passed down from Mikao Usui.

• The Five Reiki Precepts – contemplative principles for self-reflection and daily life
• Reiki meditations – practices that deepen inner awareness and energetic sensitivity

• Symbol and mantra work – tools that ground and harmonise the system (Reiki 2)
• Attunements – energetic blessings to align and awaken your inner system
• Hara work – anchoring awareness into your body’s energy centre
What You Will Receive in Your Reiki Level 1 Training
Two full days of immersive training — combining practical learning, guided energy practices, and hands-on experience.
Traditional Reiki attunements opening the channel for Reiki to flow through you for life.
A beautifully presented Reiki Level 1 manual — covering the history, foundations, hand positions, ethics, and self-reiki techniques.
A 21-day self-practice program to integrate your attunement and deepen your personal connection to Reiki at home.
Time for guided practice sessions so you feel confident giving Reiki to yourself and others (Reiki 2).
Your Reiki Level 1 Certification — recognised as the first official step in the Usui Reiki lineage and your entry into the world of energy work.
Ongoing support — you’ll be welcome to reach out anytime with questions throughout your practice journey.
This practice supports a return to clarity, groundedness, and inner steadiness.

Only after completing Reiki One can you continue into the mystery teachings of Reiki Two.
Once Reiki One and Two have been completed, you are certified to offer Reiki in a professional context.
