In this welcoming 4-week beginner course, you’ll be guided step-by-step through easy meditation techniques that are practical, approachable and designed for real life. Even a few minutes a day can bring noticeable benefits — helping you feel calmer, more focused and less overwhelmed.
Each session includes gentle guided practices, clear explanations and time for questions so you can build confidence and develop a meditation practice that feels simple and sustainable.

The course is taught by meditation teacher Dylan Frusher, who brings over 30 years of spiritual study and practice, including time living and working in monastic environments. Dylan is a member of the Gurdjieff Society of Newport and holds a postgraduate degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. His teaching style blends deep wisdom with a grounded, practical approach that makes meditation feel accessible and relevant to modern life.
The course is hosted by Angie Hilton, founder of Destination Happiness, meditation coach and creator of the Destination Happiness TV series. Angie will be there to support participants throughout the journey and help create a warm, welcoming environment to learn these powerful life skills.
At the completion of the course, participants will receive the Destination Happiness Level 1 Learn to Meditate Certificate.
